JGi iDEA: Incubation and Development of Entrepreneurial Ability with International PGP and MBA

JGI iDEA is an International MBA & PGP Program. Anchored by the School for Leadership & Entrepreneurial Excellence (SLE) that blends entrepreneurship education and capability building with funding and incubation support such that a student who enrolls in the program graduates with a certificate and simultaneously becomes the owner of their business.Affiliated to the Entrepreneurial Development Institute of India, JGI iDEA has variants from which you can select the one that suits your expectations and financial profile. JGI iDEA offers 12-month and 18-month programs, from which you can choose any that would suit you.

The program will focus on the "How and Why" of a business venture. All subjects in the program will be dealt with in the context of entrepreneurship.

The entrepreneurship program is broadly divided into four semesters. In the first semester, the first few weeks will be devoted to an introduction to business management with focus on the foundation subjects towards building the basic business fundamentals, also known as the "Boot Camp". The "main frame semesters will focus on subjects segmented across pillars such as “Strategy”, “Marketing”, “HR”, “Finance”, “Operations”, “IT” and “Business Plan”, across both the semesters. All the subjects under these pillars will be oriented and aligned to entrepreneurship. The methodology of teaching will be as experiential as possible, using case study methodologies, interactive discussion sessions, presentations, exercises, audio-visual inputs, apart from lectures.

Eligibility for the iDEA program

• Fresh Graduates:The applicant should be a graduate/ post graduate in any discipline from any recognized university.
• Applicants with work experienceHave at least two years of work experience
• Possess a Bachelor degree or equivalent
• Have leadership potential
