Ex- Flipkart employees chase to solve the first-mile logistics problem through their startup

Let’s accept it; we all have had bad experiences with courier delivery services at some point or the other. From damaged goods, missing items to the couriers never getting delivered, these pain points force the aam janta to send precious items in hands of consociates that visit a respective city.

Xitij Kothi and Nikhil Bansal faced something similar while couriering their Income Tax returns and electronics respectively. Having these bad experiences, they got their brain cells working.

However, they weren’t alone in their journey; Xitij discussed the plan with Rikin Kachhia who worked with Nikhil in Flipkart, and then with Prateek Bhandari and Abhishek Srivastava who flew to Bengaluru for discussions.
