Chase excellence and success will chase you

Are you basing your success on what the society defines? This is probably one of the biggest traps that people fall into.

The definition of success that the society has inherited is flawed. Everybody preaches you, asking you to go after success.

The society is built over the concept of success and nobody really pays attention to failures, but it is very important for us to break out of this rut and to focus on something that is larger than success - that is Excellence!

If you remember the movie 3 Idiots, it is beautifully explained that if you chase excellence, success will chase you. I would like to reiterate that as a mantra for life!

We should try to do our job to such an extent that nobody else would be able to do it. That is the key to success! If you do the job with dedication and precision, you will be given jobs that are of more value and responsibility, and you will rise in life. In this video, I discuss how you can realign your goals so that you can triumph through life’s struggles.

Remember, you need to break out of the rut!

The only way you can do that is by chasing what you love to do, and aim for excellence in your particular domain. Once you find your passion, go after excellence! Be it dancing, horse riding or whatever it is, just go for it.

In the end, just remember that success will come to you only if you chase excellence!
