Symbiosis National Aptitude Test (SNAP) is one of the most common entrance exams for MBA in India. This exam is conducted in 92 cities all over India by Symbiosis University. SNAP Test 2018 will be held on 16th December this year. So, if you are an MBA aspirant, it is time to start preparing for this entrance exam and take a step closer to your dream career.
The SNAP test has 4 sections: General English, Analytical and Logical Reasoning, Quantitative Data Interpretation and Sufficiency, and Current Affairs. To make sure you excel at this test, you need to dedicate enough time to each section including Current Affairs. Based on the new exam pattern, the details of this section are mentioned below:
‘Current Affairs’ Exam Pattern
● Parts: 2
a. Normal Questions (20)
b. Special Questions (5)
● Total Questions: 25
● Total Marks: 30
Special questions carry 2 marks each whereas normal ones carry 1 mark. Every wrong answer will deduct 1/4th mark from your total score.
‘Current Affairs’ Syllabus
Symbiosis International (Deemed University) does not offer an official syllabus. Based on the previous exams, some of the common topics you can prepare on are:

3. In-depth knowledge of last 2 years at least
Knowing about affairs which have happened during the same year is not enough. To make sure you excel at the GK section of upcoming MBA exams in India like SNAP, you need to have knowledge of the last two years at least.
