Risha Dhaba was started in Ludhiana, Punjab, in 1985. Today, it is well known not just in Ludhiana, but in the entire state of Punjab. They claim to serves food made with pure desi ghee, and some of its specialties include Maa ki Dal, Paneer Butter Masala and Lachha Parantha to name a few.

The owners of the dhaba claim that thousands of devotees who visit the Golden Temple in Amritsar and Vaishno Devi in Katra, J&K visit the restaurant.

In a video interview with SMBStory, Pawan, Manager at Rishi Dhaba, decodes the dhaba’s more than three-decades-old journey, and the secret behind their mouth-watering Punjabi dishes.
